Usually large corporations do not fire the testers that have union protection over a small loss.
However they might not continue to promote the person, or might reassign them to some outpost someplace in hopes that they quit!
It does not say what picture is the before and after ones.

So in this pictures, what happened to the engine? I understand that at 1400F aluminum melts and can boil off into a vapor, but the engine should still be there. . Unless it is a Ecoboost?
