2017 Lance 2285 road clearance

I was wondering if anyone has bought a lance TT with the lift kit. I was told by the dealer that the factory now raises/and sells a 2 5/8" lift kit now, down from 7 1/4". We're interested in the 2285 and worry about our driveway approach from the street, it's a sharp elbow turn up onto a 8-10 % grade (a guess). I'll be pulling it with a 2013 f 150 eco boost w/max tow package and am pretty sure I'll be needing all of that 2 5/8" lift as the back drag skid rail measures only 9" from ground while the bottom of frame along entire coach measures 13" of clearance. The trailer is listed as 27', bumper to hitch. Anyone have any experience on this?
