3" receiver on new 2017 SD = stinger is easy now?
Anybody tried it yet? I just found that my new truck has 3" receiver with 20k rating. I think I can buy 3" tubing and make good stinger very cheap.

Yeah. The $30 plus 1/2 hr of work to make ordinary beam working as stinger sure beats the expense and labor of fitting those aftermarket stingers.
