A/C vibration

Went on a short weekend trip, tried the a/c and wow, I thought it was going to vibrate off the roof! Shut it off immediately, not having a ladder had to wait until we got home. It turns out, mud daubers had built a nest on the nose of the fan, off center and it shook terribly. Just a FYI, if you have experienced this situation.

    I can't believe the places those wasps get into. Somebody in ancient times must have got cursed by some god and we are all still paying the price. (I'm saying this tongue in cheek and am not in any way trying to bring up religion)

    Those mud daubers are a real pain in the axx. :) I always try out both of my A/C units before I leave to make sure of no mud nest.
