yup, the ONLY countries NOT on the metric system are United States, Burma and Liberia.
Virtually all US mfg companies are converted or have converted to metric system for dimensions and fasteners. How many bolts and nuts on your Ford, GM or Chrysler are still SAE? not very many.
YES, there are a few items worldwide based on inch dimensions, but not many. many spark plugs, virtually all wheels diameters and a few other holdovers from the early 1900's but that's about it.
