A thank you to Keith at NL
I run my business that customer relations are more important then the sale and I truly believe that all businesses should do the same, if you treat people nicely and show them respect they will want to deal with you. I find few other businesses that also believe this, most are more concerned about the dollar than anything else and it shows when you deal with them - get your item, put your money down and move along.
I have never met Keith at Northern Lite and the camper that I have was bought used from a car lot so he really never made any money directly from my purchase but the couple times I have contacted him over the years for information he has been VERY helpful. One time sending me some parts that I could not find locally and a couple times with information.
For the past week I have been trying to figure out how to fix my camper, it is now 24 years old and in a few areas it is showing its age, something like its owner :B. One problem that I had was from the use that I put it through and I was at a loss of how to repair it. I dropped Keith a Email this morning and minutes later had his recommendation on what product to use. Again this was in no way making him any money, in fact the longer that I keep my old camper the longer that it will be before I buy a new one.
In the RV world I have only found two suppliers that have been that helpful Torklift and NL, both of these companies have gone out of their way to answer questions and to lend advice and I am very grateful for both of them.
