Another eternabond question

Just saw a recent post about eternabond and it got me thinking....

I have a roll of eternabond that I have been carrying around for about two years, in the back of my truck, in case I needed it.

Now I wonder, does it have a shelf life? I would hate to need it and dig it out only to find it has lost its adhesive ability or melted or something.

I sent the question to eternabond, but thought I would ask here also in hopes someone has experience with this particular question.
  • From their website.

"EternaBond® has an expected life (depending on where you live) of 18-35 years exposed to the weather. EternaBond® has a 5 year shelf life so if you don't use it all at once it will be ready when you need it."
