Any info on a 2007 Sun valley sun lite M-865 SE?

I have an opportunity to purchase a 2007 Sun valley sun lite M-865 SE. I can't find any information on this model on the internet. Can I haul this on a short bed pickup? Anyone know the dry weight? If someone can point me to a link to a brochure or something that would be great. The NADA low value is $4,800. He's asking $5250.

Have you researched Truck Camper magazine online?.They seem to be a wealth of info and you can also email them directly with any questions.The people who run that small online mag have been around quite awhile and seem to know truck campers.
