Just curious if anyone has purchased the new Diesel in the 1500 yet?

Haven’t even seen one on the road. Local dealer doesn’t have one or is hiding it.

No not yet, however a few on YouTube have and have produced several videos. I think this will be a good combination of a DD and pull dog for the rated camper. I have my HD now, however if we downsize campers in a year or so I will be looking at this truck. I figure by then, we will have more answers to questions. I love my HD, but right now it’s an extra vehicle since I have a car to drive. But in a couple of years our daughter gets the car, so this truck would work for me as well.

Are you saying that GMC is producing a Stovebolt Diesel for an RV?

When I went online to the Chevy site you could only get it in the upgraded trucks, not the base model.

That new diesel looks like quite a performer so far. Giddyup is good, unloaded mileage is great. Can't wait to see it mature a little. Hopefully they tone down the Chevy it sits in a little.

I found his channel last week and have watched a few.

I can't believe he was towing that long of a trailer with his previous truck, a Colorado.
