Are the 2016 Ram HD’s Output Figures Bogus?

I can tell from personal experience on a Las Vegas Dyno the RAM puts a larger percentage of advertised HP to the ground than the Ford does. I would guess the GM would be more also. Ford had a typical 20% loss to the rear wheels compared to the Cummins at 13%. 11 HO Cummins VS 12 PS Diesel.
