bathroom sink removal

i have a 2013 lance 1050s that has the typical tight bathroom.i want to change out the toilet to the bigger rv models and i would like to remove the sink to have more room.any thoughts on the ramifications of this idea concerning structural integrity?cosmetic issues can be easily be solved.
