Typical hitch height?

I want to rent a trailer or trailers before buying one. I have a van with a hitch and a 2" ball that is 18" above the ground as-is. Is there a standard or typical ball height for trailers?I'd be starting small like a T@B or slightly bigger.

Easier access to cabover bed

On the round to it forever but I sort of finally addressed. Not what I envisioned but will, at least for a while, make climbing up and down into the cabover easier.Really wanted a wide tread ladder-but due to slide out, water tank box just would be i...

When the little miles to empty readout hits zero how much fuel is in your tank? I now know that the 2016 F350 shortbox has something more than 6.4 liters. Have you ever had to run past zero miles to empty?
