Not to belabor the point, but if you want quiet, don't go to a campground.
Outside speakers at a reasonable level shouldn't be an issue or louder than any other source of noise at a campground which includes loud adults or kids, vehicles, generators, pets, etc.
Furthermore, there are the people who camp away from everyone else and not in a campground, for those people, it wouldn't matter how much noise their speakers made because there wouldn't be anyone around to hear it!
