I put the 5100's on mine with 19.5's and they made a huge difference when hauling heavy with GVW's around 11-12K and towing at 19-26K GCW.
I haven't tried the 4600's to compare thou.
I have ran many sets of RS9000's over the years and will never run them again, even if they were free.
