I responded to your other thread, but basically if the truck has a normal brake light switch on the pedal, installing a controller without the plug n play is still pretty easy. Will cost you a couple hours shop time though if you can't do it yourself.
a couple of hours of shop time will add up to about the same as if I buy the remote one referenced for $283 and sell my brand new proportional one that needs plugged in at the dash.
