What bikendan is saying is if you do not have the universal pigtail that should have come with the truck you may not have that harness/plug under the dash for some reason.
It's a possibility that if you do not have the tow package or whatever they call the option they may have not run what you need in the wire harness.
it has the tow package, and the 110 volt switch on the dash turns on the 110/120 volt outlet in the bed. just gotta locate the plug where ever it is.

Ok, weirder things have happened during production. I was just in a optioned out Pacifica with the big vista glass roof/sunroof. One problem. They forgot to put in the switches in the overhead console to open it. Or to close the shade for that matter. So you get to bake in the sun beating through the roof.
