Same here. The thing I like most is the current function. My trailer will draw approximately 1 amp per applied volt. So when I check things before a trip at full manual override I am applying about 8 volts and read about 8 amps. But lets say I only read 6 amps. Then I know I have a problem and most likely one of the magnets is bad or an open wire to that magnet. I also use it to check my truck battery. After the truck has set overnight or a couple days I check the battery voltage. A good battery should read greater than 12.6 volts. If it is less time for a new battery before it gives out at a bad time.
