WA St has put the same goal on the books too. No idea if it will succeed....instead of gas, it will be LP, diesel, alchohol, or equal. - Just buy out of state.
- QCManNomad IIISide note: As of 2025 banks in Australia will no longer write loans on new gasoline powered vehicles. Makes you wonder how a country that sometimes struggles to meet normal electric needs will handle an almost instant influx of electric vehicles.

Even today most EV owners still own a gasser. Also thieves in Reno are cutting EV charge cables to sell to recycle dealers. One charging company said it cost $1300.00 to repair and have a long wait for replacement. Big uptick in cable vandalism in Reno lately. Tesla chargers are at the Casinos under security guard and surveillance protection. Some commentators not visible to me. - PButler96ExplorerCalifornia banned common sense long ago.
This foolishness is expected to be the model for a national mandate dictated by the EPA sometime next year if the current mismanagement remains in place. - shelbyfvExplorer
