I have an inverter in my rig, but running CPAP on 12v direct will be the preferred method if your CPAP is 12v capable. (which has been mentioned numerous times.)
I mentioned this to a friend, and sure enough, his CPAP power brick said 12v on it, so he went and got a 12v cord for it.
