another power option is a dedicated lithium battery pack for the CPAP. I have one from Battery Power Solutions, they make units specifically for CPAP's. And the battery pack was covered through my medical insurance. I have an older pack, will run the CPAP w/o the humidifier for 2-3 days. 1 day on the humidifier. battery pack fits nicely under the CPAP.
