can anyone ID this ‘96 Lance 990 mystery bracket?

That one may be a rare vintage table cloth holder.

My apologies, I just didn't realize that there was someone who Didn't know what they were. One of the first little goodies we bought, right after the table cloth took a flyer in the wind.

Holds your pants up on a windy day when the suspenders fail.
