Maybe with a weight distributing hitch with built-in sway control, it would be "safe," but the problem I see is that you'll almost certainly be well over the 600 lb. hitch weight limit. Dry hitch weight is 470 lbs dry (options not included), add 90 lbs for the WD hitch, and you're already at 560 lbs. Don't you want to fill your LP tanks and have a battery on the tongue? Where is the fresh water tank, is it in front of the axle? About 15 years ago I towed a TT just about that same size and weight (dry hitch 380) with an SUV rated 6000/600, and I bent a rear spring on the SUV. 25 gallons of water under the front bed probably hastened that.
