can't find the satellite, first time ever
I just hooked up my Dish 311 receiver, a replacement for the one I've used since 2004. I cannot find satellite 110 or 119. I have been doing this for years and helped other people get theirs going but...

311 recievers are being phased out, dinosaurs. Dish will no longer let them out after 7-1-16, In our dish CATV system this year we have had several of our 25 311 recievers that would not start up. They were replaced at our expense with 211s.
