Can't find water pump

The bottom hose that is screw clamped onto a fitting, attached to pump, is probably the supply pipe from your onboard water tank. That is the typical location for the winterization kit supply hose to be attached.

The top pipe from the pump is teed into your cold water supply and hot water tank supply. The red and white pipes are your hot and cold water supply lines to the rest of your RV fixtures.

You need a valve and pipe/hose piece from the winterization kit installed in your tank hose line at the inlet to the pump, a valve to shut off supply water to the water heater and a valve to shut off the hot supply from the heater if a check valve is not already installed in the water heater. You'll also need a crossover (bypass) pipe from the cold water supply to the hot water supply. This will need a valve,too.

reminds me of when I stopped by their factory to look at a unit. couldn't find the pump, mechanic came out and couldn't find it. there was a standard "oval" compartment door on the side which when opened showed a metal plate screwed inside, behind which was hidden the pump.

In the pic the top line goes out to a tee so water can go to different areas. The single line at the bottom will be you suction line from the fresh water tank. The pump has screw on fittings.

Just trot down to your local hardware store and get a fitting and attach it to a hose that you can stick down into the anti-freeze jug. I always leave the anti-freeze line on the floor near the water pump so I don't have to go looking for it next year.

Some where on the pump where the lines attach (on the boss) it will have an embossed arrow (or IN/OUT) that shows flow direction.

One side is "inlet" the other side "outlet" whichever line comes from the fresh water tank is the one used with the kit.

That's weird. When I orignally posted the photo was vertical, not horizontal !!!!

Oh the install kit says to cut the water line...scary...gulp.

I'm thinking the bottom line? So I would detach the it right from the pump and install the valve in between?

OK we found it! Had to pull out the kitchen drawers. Sneaky :) But now I don't know which hose is which? We have a winterizing valve kit that attached to the water pump and then stays attached, but we're not sure where to put it.

mine sounds like it comes from under the sink but it actually is behind the pull out draws near the side. but then I don't have the same TT you do. I have to take out the draws to gain access to it.

Leave it running (wont hurt to run dry) and open every drawer and cabinet. It may be behind a drawer or panel that has to be unscrewed.
