You might want to compare pricing with out of state high volume dealerships such as this one.. With a suggested MSRP of $60,000+ they will sell this dually diesel for only $46,000.
I googled to find this one, it only took me a couple of minutes.
Dually truck
Call them, they have 99 Ram trucks in stock. They will offer a great price, because they know you will have to buy airline tickets to come get it. And unless they can sell you a truck that is $3,000 less than your local dealership, you would not want to pay for airline tickets, and hotels to come get it from the west coast.
With this great price in hand, you probably can get your local dealership to admit they buy the trucks with a $60,000 MSRP for about $45,000 and the rest is mark up. They can sell a truck for much less than the MSRP, but normally they do not.
