And the foreign 'foxes' are already in the US 'hen house'. Reading of the tragic events unfolding in Texas, I recently learned the largest capacity oil refinery in the US is Owned by Saudi Arabia's ARAMCO, dba Motiva Enterprises, as well as 22 terminal facilities in the US.
Shame on the US government for allowing these things to continue to happen.

Chinese ownership doesn't equate to Chinese production.

Some of you make it sound like you believe the world is really flat.
I was in Lowes purchasing a set of drill bits and on the shelf I had a choice of the Lowes house brand that was "Made in China" and then there was the Milwaukee brand that was "Made in USA" for ~ $2.00 more. As a proud American I purchased the Milwaukee brand and I know the quality of their drill bits is much better than that china made product.
The moral of this story is when I have the option to purchase a US or Canadian made product that's what I'm going to purchase end of story. In my garage I have a truck that's Made in the USA and a CUV that's made in Canada and I sleep well at night with my purchase. I'm well aware that the parts for these vehicles come from around the world so we're fully aware the world is not flat.
To add to this story I've dealt first hand with some Chinese manufacture's and they cut corners in quality control like you wouldn't believe. Raw material certificates aren't worth the paper they're printed on just to provide one example.
If you think Chinese quality is real... Then I would challenge you to eat some food exported from China for a few days and give us a full report. BTW... I would suggest leaving the dog and cat food off the menu for you pets health sake. :W
