Carefree Colorado Curbeside Awning on Wolf Creek 850

I have this awning, but haven't mounted it yet because I don't know where the frame is in that area. Yeah, I could use a metal stud finder...I just want it to be right on before I start drilling holes.

Would anyone with an 850 be willing to give measurements where exactly the bolts come through the sidewall? I've called Northwood three times, but they haven't returned my calls.

Thanks

If you go outside on a morning it's foggy and there was a big dew you will be able to see the frame in the light when it's still dark out

The thing is, I'm heading to AZ on Friday. Wanted to have installed by then. Besides, I'll have to wait til winter to see dew. So cal is dry in the mornings this time of year.

And yes, NW customer service seems to suck anymore. I've called four different times this year with different questions... left messages. Nothing.

  • I have used several times in my two different trailers, a regular STUD finder. Try one you may be surprised. I have cut holes and installed vents, fans and other things. .
    Good luck,,,
