I have been using the exact same thing for chairs,for years..Used it on all my RV's recently..Class C/Fifth Wheel/TT and TC..Infact,I saw one in a garbage can a guy in a very expensive Class A through out and I grabbed it quickly..Now I have two...Works great with a strap and cover..

I've used for years also. I made a small plastic shelf I use on it when at camp, to place things on before I go down steps. I'm older with a bad knee and do not descend steps anymore without holding on.:)
