Changing a thermostat in 2012 heartland edge

I just bought a 2012 heartland edge with a Furnace and an AC unit, currently I control the AC on the unit (on the ceiling) and the heater via the thermostat on the wall. I was wondering with this model of trailer if I upgraded my thermostat on the wall would I be able to control both the Heater and AC from there to help me maintain a stable temp without so much monitoring from me. Thank you for any help you can provide!

    Depending on the make/model of the A/C you can probably get a control package for it for remote (wired) control. You would also need to be able to run control wiring from the A/C to the thermostat location as well as a heat/cool thermostat.
