Going with a 4.56 will not gain a thing with your 6 speed.
Check out this chart
The 4.56 will give about the same overall gear ratio for 4th to 6th as the 3.73 gives for 3rd to 5th.
Thus the only change you will see is the ability to run one gear higher with negligible change in actual overall gear ratio.
