Chrome bumper cleaner

I liked the all natural solution of vinegar and aluminum foil that cleaned off the rust spots. It will not clean off the cloudiness off the chrome bumpers though.

I like to avoid strong chemicals when I can.
Does anyone know of a good product, preferably something all natural, that will clean the cloudiness off of chrome bumpers?

Not sure if you would classify this as all natural but it sure does a great job.

DH just used a SOS pad on his chrome running boards to remove all the road salt and nastiness that nothing else would remove. Use it lightly and test on an inconspicuous spot first. Light coat of wax on chrome when finished cleaning.

I've never tried baby oil. It may be worth trying.
