My wife still likes it better than my Ram even though she is only the co-pilot. Ram had to make a better product that addressed the concerns I had last time I shopped and they did.
Manufacturers use warranty and service coverage as a marketing tool that may have no correlation to actual vehicle reliability. When a certain campaign no longer brings in sales yet generates overhead, they will swap it out for something else. Remember when banks gave out toasters and frying pans? That had nothing to do with banking and everything to do with marketing.
