Comparing price of diesel option on 1/2 tons in Canada.

Ford F-150. Powerstroke option is $7,500 over a 2.7 Ecoboost Chev 1500. Duramax option is $3,155 over a 5.3 V8. I wonder if Ford has figured out why their baby Powerstrokes aren’t selling in Canada...

If you put the 5.0 litre V8 in the Ford and the 5.3 Litre in the GMC and then add the diesel option which doesn’t change anything except the engine the baby Powerstroke is still $2,500 more.
