I just washed the top of my camper for the first time since purchasing the 2017 puma. There is places where the rubber is kinda bubbly and loose. Doesn't look like a big deal and only along the seams. I think there's 4. It's a straight line. Obviously a seam. Is this normal? I sure hope so. And is there anything y'all do each year or every 6 months to protect the travel trailer roof? Thanks much for guidance

.

Our TT is 18 years old and we have never had that problem, either. I became concerned about ours and had the roof resealed just to be safe, two years ago.

Nonsense, bubbles are completely normal with any EPDM roof membrane. If you insist on a completely flat, bubble free roof you want a TPO roof membrane.

We must have one that was correctly applied because we don't have that issue.

Seen it on plenty of times. Always along the seams. Mine has been like that and its a 2012. Not anything to worry about.

Unfortunately it is rather normal (because of lousy workmanship) to have small loose area's in a membrane roof. Unless they grow, it isn't a problem.
Had the same problem to a far worse degree than you describe on our last TT and it was still fine after 13 years of use.

2017?! You shouldn't have that issue at all. I suggest going back to the dealer and talking to them about it. Whether you are on warranty or not, your unit is too new for that. Ours is a 2011, built in 2010 and no bubbles.
