Heartland tends to treat their customers and potential customers better than a LOT of other RV builders! Thats why in just a few short years they've grown to the the 3rd largest 5th wheel manufacturer in North America!
Call them and I guarantee you they will answer any questions or concerns you have. A few months ago I needed to answer some questions about a new Heartland 5th wheel my brother was going to buy, the customer service manager transfered me to the shop foreman and he answered every question I had perfectly without hesitation. Awsome!
