Cool sunset behind the Lance tonight

Why would people stop camping when the campgrounds are empty and cheap? What is this end-of-season you all speak of? Winterize-schminterize!

Beautiful photo! Yup, living in California does afford us a much longer (if not year round) camping season. And yes, we DO pay the price for living in California in many ways (to all those who don't like the left coast.. ;))

WOW!!! I remember this great shot and great trip to Yosemite. I'm actually the fourth one in the pic in the black F-350. I cant remember who the third TC is, but I remember him telling us about his second 6.0 PSD in that truck...blew up the first motor. It was rainy and cold outside, but warm and cozy in the TC's...and in Reddog's canopy complete with siding and a heater! Good times for sure and great folks to hang out with!!
