- BedlamModeratorI know my Host has the dump valve in the basement and cable operated control accessible near the discharge port. My entire gray tank sits just aft of the fresh water tank and forward of the axle. I believe some Lance models also used cable controls to keep the valves inside.
- joerg68Nomad IIII do not think you will be able to to a lot without taking the camper off the truck and removing the lower camper floor cover. But I have never seen a Corsair camper, so they may be different.
The forward location of the sewer dump valves sounds unusual to me. Where is the bath room, as the the black tank is usually underneath the toilet. And the rest of the plumbing runs to the rear, towards the sewer hose connection. In all the setups I know, the valves have always been close to the sewer hose connection. - towproExplorerIf it really is hidden you could probably switch to electric dump valves and a 12v masorator pump with a remote switch to drain them.
- AnEv942NomadWhere is the sewer hose connection for dumping?
If the valves are located toward front of camper does that require off loading to dump or are they remote/cable operated? - valhalla360NavigatorYou didn't put the camper on the truck backwards did you? ;)
But seriously, take it off the truck and if that doesn't give you access about the only choice is a sawsall...but I'll bet taking it off gives easy access. - towproExplorerlove to see a picture of this setup and location of valves
- Grit_dogNavigatorThat would be about the first thing to learn to do, load and unload the camper.
Valves near the front sounds like a horrible design btw.
I’m having trouble imagining how that even works. Have to go into the camper to dump the tanks. - subzeroschmidt1Explorernot sure bought camper and truck together ...
did not plan on taking camper off - Old-BiscuitExplorer IIIWith camper off of truck are there any panels that can be removed for direct access?
