Detect Possibly Bent Happijac

straight edge the tube, if bent go from there, some people have had luck pressing the bend out of the tube. Or have some that knows how the straighten tubing fix it. You can order a new tube from Happijac and you'll be good to go. If not the tube, you have some other issue.

Well, mine is on an 1160 too, 2008, so maybe that's my issue. I'll try to dig up the directions and give it a go!

How about fully extending the jack and putting a long straight edge on 2 adjacent sides?
