Dexter Axle Replacement

Anyone have a repair facility in Raleigh/Smithfield, NC area to install new Dexter Axle?

Why would you need Dexter to tell you who can weld on a simple axle? Find a good weld shop as they know welding much more than Dexter will ever know.

Check with Dexter for authorized trailer dealer and/or repair shop. Stay away from RV dealers.

I did my own this summer. Bad spindle on the old axle. I did have to have the pearch pads welded on the new axle. Install on the trailer was easy. Any good shop should be able to do it.

This is not rocket science. Anyone with a wrench and a basic knowledge of nuts and bolts and a car jack should be able to handle it. Call some repair shops.
