Is it possible to have the dealer reprogram the Driver Information center in my 2013 GMC truck?

If its like Ford and Chrysler you can change the reading for the speedo so it reads properly. Im sure it can be done on the GM`s. However its in the PCM.

The tire size is not programmed into the IPC, ( Instrument panel cluster), I would GUESS incorrect tires size or possible previous aftermarket tuner. Tire size data is in the ECM. I don't know if the dealer tool has a function for modifying that. I'm inclined to think not. The MPG and gallons used may never be 100% spot on, the speedometer should be correctable.

That does sound like incorrect tire size. Yup dealer, or any shop with the right flash tool or whatever they're called should be able to update that. Probably not the cluster that needs programming, more likely a body control or power train control module, cluster being just the display

My numbers are always wrong, MPG is always high, MPH is always low. Gallons remaining always wrong.......I think the wrong tire size was programed into it prior to being built...
