Dicor over Roofing Cement

Can we put Dicor Self Levelling over
black roofing sealer, previous owner used
the quick patch type of black plastic cement
around fixtures and rubber roof seals.

Also would Eternabond adhere to this black
roofing cement.

Any tips on removing the black roofing cement if need be ??

    Probably used henry 208. It is petroleum based so a thinner, goo off, or other such product will take off the residue after you remove the bulk of it with a paint scraper

    Try a heat gun on low and a plastic scraper to remove the black roof cement.

    I would not try to put Dicor or Eternabond over the roof cement.
    Clean it off and use Eternabond if possible. Dicor would be my second choice, they're both excellent products.
