One of us is confused... You are having lots of problems with the RAM (Dodge doesn't make trucks anymore...), but none of those problems are with the engine.
Your solution is to get rid of the engine (the one thing that isn't causing a problem), but to stick with the manufacturer who created the overall truck that is causing you issues.

I wondered the same thing, I just didn't want to go there. However not uncommon, there are a lot of IH 6.0 buyers who got burned, who lined up to buy a 6.4 and got burned again, and have bought 6.7's.....a lot of them.
