Diesel vs gas......................
OK folks, there have been a few to many diesel vs gas threads that have shall we say gone to "Hell and a hand basket"! So if all of you would put in you BEST, no flaming reasons for going gas vs diese...

Firebird, I go with you as back up. If your first shot should miss let me take one.
7.5 - 8 mpg with a 29 gallon tank. I just get it up to speed and have to pull in for fuel. Now I have to spent another thousand to get a extra tank. My gas motor home had a 60 gallon tank and ran regular unleaded. By my house diesel is 2.87 and reg is 2.29 the fuel mileage advantage is loooong gone. (for now).
