OK folks, there have been a few to many diesel vs gas threads that have shall we say gone to "Hell and a hand basket"! So if all of you would put in you BEST, no flaming reasons for going gas vs diese...

Dave, you forgot about less noise, vibration, stink and repair costs but you are catching on.:B
It's about what we enjoy driving. It's not about cost. If it was we'd all realize just how impractical our hobby is and we'd take up something less expensive. I can buy a new crate 5.7L Hemi with a new 5-45RFE transmission for the cost of a set of injectors for the new Cummins from Chrysler. The cost advantages of either is all hogwash. We drive what we like, not what costs less.
