Digital Thermostat Mod' for DC Compressor Fridge

That's good thinking and good work. I have an older, smaller Tundra compressor fridge. My distinctly low tech improvement was to replace the 'drip tray' with 1" foam insulation. That way, the freezer stays ~0 and the frig about 40. Previously, when the freezer was cold enough, the frig was so cold it was freezing tee, milk, oj, etc. (but not wine).

By the way, what do you find the refrigerator duty cycle to be typical summer temperatures?
