Camper package would include rear sway bar and heavier 600-800# front springs (F250 SRW).
Really hard to say 'looking' at rear springs, what you have would be on a truck with camper package, but also others (or not part of camper package).
The rear sway bar (less than Ø3/4") if factory might lead one to think it has camper package. Front springs I visually couldn't tell difference unless side by side...
Camper package comes with single sheet of paper in glove box listing cargo rate- or window sticker listing installed option if original owner kept.
