- Mich_FExplorerI have 3 Class Cs. The Coachmen is now finally painted and for sale. The older Itasca was bought last June to fix and resell whenever it's ready, while the newer Itasca will be kept , I think. :B
I have to edit my post. I now have two Class Cs. I listed my Coachmen on craigslist 6 days added pictures 2 days ago. A family came by last night to look at it. Today the fellow came by for a test drive and bought it. :C - bcbouyExploreri dont own 2 but my sister and i trade my tc for her tt a couple times a year.i take her trailer to go stormwatching on the west coast of van isle and her and the bil take my truck camper and boat to go fishing.

- Dave_PeteExplorer IIWhat a cool question! And it seems as RVers we all have examples of how "no one unit" is perfect. Each type has pros and cons.
Like having a (or several) vacation home(s), I can't justify the extra work or cost to "keep" more than just our one home. RVs are similar, but to a much lesser cost extent.
We have the small camper we are trying to make "our only" and sell the larger TT that we find takes more effort and cost to use than what we want. I guess the occasional hotel stay answers our "less than home sized RV" the trailer provides. - JumboJetExplorerClass A and TC.
I have had a TC and 5th wheel forever until I sold the 5th wheel and bought a Class A.
Each have their different reasons for use. - bka0721Explorer IIWell, now that you mention it, I have two too.
While I have my Truck Camper and traveling around, I still have a 48' toy hauler (Race Car Trailer) Gooseneck style trailer that has a 14' LQ (living Quarter), back in Colorado.
b - Deb_and_Ed_MExplorer IIAlmost had 3... but the Class C went to its new home the day before we picked up the TC. Now we've got the 5er for long-term stays; and I'm trying out the TC lifestyle for weekend campouts with my kayaking pals. But after reading about all the wonderful places TC owners have gone and stayed, I think I'm getting the "bug" :-)
- 69_AvionExplorerI've had my truck camper since 1983 and it's been in the family since 1969. So I certainly don't need to replace it, but I do have a 34' trailer if I need a big rig. Lately, the camper gets all the use.
- happycamper1942ExplorerI have a fifth wheel and a camper and love them both, use th differently, long staY's in the fiver, shorter sometimes by myself in the camper.
