You are asking for a lot. The problem is the larger tanks usually go with a larger rig = more weight. The other issue is if you want a four season rig, that also adds weight. I would look at Open Range and see if they meet your specs. Northwood manufacturing with Artic Fox or Nash build four season but they are hard to find east of the Mississippi. Goo luck.
