- It looks like a house trailer 'cause the Spartan was a house trailer or mobilehome as their called today.
Looks like "dad" did a first class job as the Spartan house trailer is a all aluminum studs and riveted skin exterior with lacquer spray finished interior paneling. They were the Caddy of the house trailers in that era. - 4:00 the weight police are having fits. :B
