I smoke a brisket and pork shoulder a few days before we leave home. Wife portions the servings into the seal-a-meal and then the freezer. At the camp site we heat the meat in the seal-a-meal pouch in hot water. Open the pouch and the meat smells just like the day it came off the smoker. Pulled pork or brisket is good as sandwiches, in tacos or salads. Add some sides of veggies, fruit and nice quick easy to prepare meals.
We try to minimize cooking and prep time but still have good meals.
